INTRODUCTION TO NOACON, INC.
Noacon, Inc. is a commercial general contractor and construction
manager licensed to conduct business in the State of
Their experiences includes
educational,
governmental, institutional, medical, private facilities, road
construction, minor and major rehabilitation to existing
buildings, additions to most building types, and new
construction of all types ranging in size from small to large.
These four
individuals continue to manage and operate Noacon, Inc. today on
a daily basis, each with their areas of responsibility and
expertise.
The Noacon, Inc. corporate office staff consists of accounting,
estimating, detailed job costing,
construction
management services,
risk management, safety program, client services, technology,
design, and secretarial personnel.
The field staff consists of a project manager and project
superintendents, with the field staff having more than 192 years
of combined broad-based construction management experience.
Michael W. Lester,
CEO/CFO is responsible for all Financial, Accounting, Job
Costing, Estimating, IT, Construction Management Services and
General Office Administration.
M. Wayne Harlan,
President
and Operations Director, is responsible for all Project
Management, Construction Management Services and General Office
Administration.
Andy M. Gower,
Vice President and Project Superintendent is responsible for all
onsite supervision and Construction Management Services for
production.
C. David Fletcher,
Vice
President, Safety and Client Services Director is responsible
for production Safety, Estimating and post construction Client
Services.
